Teaching: Teaching the compulsory course "Experimental Technology and Research Methods of Iron and Steel Metallurgy" for undergraduates, the elective course "Metallurgical Resource Engineering and Environmental Protection" for postgraduates, the compulsory course "Modern Metallurgical Engineering" for postgraduates and doctoral students, and the undergraduate course "General Iron and Steel Metallurgy". Instructed more than 20 undergraduate graduation theses, guided or cooperated in training graduate students 10 and 2 doctoral students. He has successively won the first prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of the Ministry of Metallurgy 1, the first prize of Beijing Scientific and Technological Progress 1 and the invention patent 1. He has published more than 50 scientific papers at home and abroad, and edited and published the Proceedings of the International Conference on Earth Environment and Iron and Steel Industry in 1998. In addition, he also participated in the compilation of the monograph "Slag Splashing Protection Technology for Converter".
