First, distinguish deficiency, strengthen body resistance and fight cancer
"Nurturing its constant accumulation and eliminating its self" shows the great significance of strengthening the body resistance in tumor treatment. To strengthen the body, we must first identify the loss of qi and blood, yin and yang, so as to "benefit the loss and replenish the deficiency", reconcile yin and yang, biochemical qi and blood, promote human immune function and enhance its anti-cancer effect. Three taboos

August 1994 was transferred to our hospital for treatment. Symptoms during treatment: the right upper abdomen can touch a huge mass, which is hard and can be pushed. The pain in the liver area is severe and stinging. Abdominal distension, umbilical protrusion, abdominal circumference of 97cm, emaciated appearance, B-ultrasound showing ascites volume of about 5000-6000ml, anorexia, blue complexion, dark eyes, yellow and white sclera, orange skin, nausea and vomiting, dysphagia, upset and fever, inability to eat after severe pain, short and red urine and purple tongue. TCM syndrome differentiation: qi stagnation and blood stasis, dampness and blood stasis. Treatment: soothing the liver and regulating qi, clearing away heat and promoting diuresis, removing blood stasis and promoting diuresis, detoxifying and resolving stagnation, invigorating spleen and nourishing stomach. Prescription: ① Cidan capsules, 5 capsules each time, 4 times a day; Symptoms can be relieved (Zhengtongkang), each time 1g, four times a day, continuously taking 1 month. ② Herba Artemisiae Scopariae 30g, Caulis Saussureae Involucrata 30g, Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae 30g, Carapax Trionycis 30g (decocted first), Poria 30g, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae 30g, Rhizoma Corydalis 10g, and Melia azedarach 10g, once a day/dose, twice for 30 days. On September 24th of the same year, after taking the medicine, severe pain in the liver area, abdominal distension and ascites persisted, nausea, vomiting and dysphagia persisted, the sclera yellow stain had been removed, the skin yellow stain had subsided, the stool was 5-6 times a day, and the tongue pulse was the same as before. If the disease is the same as before, it must be eradicated slowly and treated properly. It is still slightly adjusted than the previous prescription. Take another 1 month. After taking all the medicines, the symptoms were greatly relieved, ascites disappeared, abdominal circumference was 78cm, and food intake was greatly increased. The patient expressed firm confidence and cooperated with the treatment plan, and his family members took care of him in every possible way. Then according to syndrome differentiation, * * * was hospitalized for 308 days, and all the symptoms were cured. After B-ultrasound and CT examination, the mass was reduced to 12 mm× 10mm, which was more than 8/ 10 compared with the original film. Example 5 Lin, male, 34 years old. 1June, 1993, due to persistent pain in the right upper abdomen, isotope scanning, ultrasound and CT were performed in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and it was confirmed that there was a huge space occupying lesion in the liver area. 1February, 993, many cancers were found in the liver area, the largest being 60 mm×70mm, and the postoperative pathology was hepatocellular carcinoma. After the operation, I decided to have radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Because of poor health and obvious emaciation, the patient could not tolerate radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and was transferred to the hospital for treatment on March 6th. 1993. During the treatment, there were swelling and pain in the liver area, loss of appetite, asthma and spontaneous sweating, fear of wind and cold, heart rate 180 beats/min, frequent dizziness, dry mouth and lips, tight and uncomfortable surgical incision, sometimes pain, but no infection, purple tongue and slippery pulse. Syndrome: stagnation of blood stasis and toxin, stagnation of liver-qi and deficiency of both qi and blood. Treatment: removing blood stasis and detoxicating, soothing the liver and regulating qi, benefiting qi and nourishing blood. Prescription: ① Cidan Capsule 10 box, 4 times a day, 5 capsules each time, taken with boiling water; 10 box of compound zedoary Xiaoliu capsules, 4 times a day, 5 capsules each time; Zheng Xiaoli (Zheng Tongkang) 40 bottles, 4 times a day, each time 65438±0g. ② salvia miltiorrhiza 1 0g, curcuma aromatica10g, hawthorn 30g, astragalus membranaceus10g, liquorice 6g, gardenia10g, turtle shell vinegar 30g (fried first), toosendan fruit10g and Polygonum multiflorum 20g. 1 month later, the pain in the liver area disappeared, the physique gradually recovered, the purple tongue turned pale, and other symptoms were relieved. Continue the second course of treatment according to the original prescription.
The second diagnosis (July of the same year 17): after taking the medicine, asthma, spontaneous sweating, fear of wind and cold have recovered, appetite has increased, and there is no discomfort, and the tongue is pale red and white with fur and pulse. This is the trend that blood stasis and toxins are gradually exhausted and healthy qi is gradually restored. However, considering that liver cancer is the king of cancer and is deeply rooted, we must pursue it and not underestimate the enemy. Therefore, in the first prescription, compound zedoary Xiaoliu capsule is added, 5 capsules are taken three times a day, and honey water is used before meals, and five courses of treatment are taken continuously. 1996 12.27 during the free clinic in Xiamen, I followed up with section chief Lin and saw that he was red all over without any discomfort. He still insists on going to work every day and can take part in winter swimming sports activities.
Example 6 Weng, male, 50 years old. 1997 1 26th. The patient has no obvious inducement. 1 24 physical examination, diagnosed as liver cancer. The mass size was12.7 cm×11.2 cm×12.5 cm. Symptoms: aggravation of illness, fever, sweating, irritability, dry mouth, bitter taste, yellow eyes, stabbing pain in ribs, full abdominal distension, loss of appetite, short and red urine, dark red tongue, yellow greasy tongue coating and slippery pulse. This is the poison of damp-heat, and it should be treated to clear away heat and promote diuresis, detoxify and dissipate stagnation. Prescription: ① Cidan Capsule and Compound Rhizoma Curcumae Xiaoliu Capsule, 4 times a day, 5 capsules each time; Zheng Xiaoli (Zheng Tongkang) 40 bottles, 4 times a day, each time 65438±0g. ② 30g of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae, 30g of Solanum lyratum Thunb., 30g of Hedyotis Diffusae, 30g of Folium Isatidis, 30g of Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae 15g, 30g of Alismatis Rhizoma, 30g of Salvia Miltiorrhiza 10g, 30g of Radix Curcumae 10g, and 30g of Fructus Crataegi were decocted with water.
The second diagnosis (February 24th of the same year): After taking the medicine, all the symptoms were relieved, the condition was stable, the lump was enlarged, the yellow body and eyes had subsided, the pain in the liver area disappeared, and occasionally nausea occurred. Loose stool Day 1 ~ 2, the tongue is dark red with white and slightly dry fur, characterized by disorder of liver and spleen and stagnation of blood stasis and toxin, and the method of invigorating spleen and benefiting qi, nourishing liver and detoxifying is adopted. Prescription: ① The prescription is the same as before. ② Decoction: Radix Astragali 30g, Radix Codonopsis 15g, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae 15g, Poria 12g, Radix Rehmanniae 15g, Radix Angelicae Sinensis 15g, Radix Ophiopogonis 12g, Fructus Schisandrae 6g, and Zhuru/kloc-2g.
Press: After taking the medicine, the drug of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis was reused, and the weight increased, the mass was reduced to 3.0cm×7.0cm×3.0cm, and the thickness of spleen was 3.8cm. The symptoms improved completely and it is still under treatment.
Example 7 Pang Mou, male, 63 years old, from Guangdong. 1June, 997 18 First time to see a doctor. Before 10, the patient was diagnosed as primary liver cancer (massive type) in a hospital in Guangdong, because a mass was felt in the right upper abdomen. Masses of 7.0cm×5.8cm and 3.5cm×4.4cm were found in the right lobe, and huge masses of 10.4cm×7.2cm were found in the left lobe, accompanied by gallbladder enlargement and cholecystitis. The hospital thinks that the treatment is meaningless, and the survival time is about 3 months, or even shorter. The patient was introduced by a friend of the patient and sought medical advice. Symptoms: Abdominal distension, abdominal circumference 103cm, B-ultrasound showing ascites volume of about 7000ml, weight of 56kg, abdominal distension and oliguria, acute pain in the liver area, yellow eye and sclera, yellow color, anorexia, loose stool, thick and greasy tongue coating and thready pulse. Usually, she likes to drink hard liquor. For about 3 A Liang days, four fingers are under the ribs of the liver, five fingers are under the xiphoid process and four fingers are under the ribs of the spleen. The second diagnosis (July of the same year 17): After taking the medicine, the sputum volume increased greatly, the abdominal distension became flat, the abdominal circumference was 87cm, and the jaundice was exhausted, with two fingers under the liver rib, three fingers under the sword and two fingers under the spleen rib. Recently, due to exogenous factors, my throat is swollen and sore, my voice is hoarse, my cough is less and sticky, and my throat is red and swollen. Quasi-pre-method plus clearing product. Example 8 Hongmou, male, 55 years old. On February 6, 2006, the patient was diagnosed as primary liver cancer in Hong Kong 1996-65438+ by CT examination and pathological examination, accompanied by a large amount of ascites and portal vein tumor thrombus, and could not be operated and chemotherapy. 65438+February 10, through Xiamen's family, I came to mail-order Cidan capsules and (Kang). After four courses of treatment, ascites miraculously subsided and the effect was excellent. Life expectancy is 2 months, but it has been greatly exceeded so far, which is called "miracle" by western medicine. On July 1997, 1, the patient visited our hospital in person. Case 9 Huang, male, 54 years old, first diagnosed in May, 1996. Because of bloating after drinking, CT and MRI showed that the left liver tumor was about 12cm× 1 1cm. Interventional chemotherapy was done in mid-April, and no good effect was found. Symptoms: dull pain in the liver area, aversion to oil, anorexia, spontaneous sweating and dry mouth. Loose stool, 4-5 times a day, lethargy, moist tongue coating, thick sublingual collaterals and slippery pulse. Syndrome: spleen should not be sparse, and phlegm stagnates. Treatment: invigorating the spleen and soothing the liver, and removing blood stasis. Prescription: ① Zheng Xiaokang 30 bottles, Cidan Capsule 10 box, Fuzheng Guben Capsule 10 box, 4 times a day. Take a course of treatment. ② Radix Codonopsis 20g, Radix Astragali 25g, Rhizoma Atractylodis 12g, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride 10g, Herba Scutellariae Barbatae 30g, Poria 30g, Fructus Aurantii 10g, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae 10g, Radix Curcumae 10g, Fructus Crataegi 30g, Caulis Spatholobi 30g and Rhizoma Dioscoreae 30g.
The pain disappears after taking the medicine, and it will be fragrant after 2-3 days. According to the above syndrome, it was increased or decreased to 1997, the liver function was normal, AFP was less than 20μ g/L, and the strong echo mass in the left liver was 6.8cm×7.2cm by B-ultrasound, which was much smaller than before. Today's diagnosis: I gained a little weight, the pain in the liver area disappeared, and I occasionally felt sick and pooped. The patented medicine is still on the prescription. The decoction reduces Radix Curcumae and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride, and adds Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae10g and Caulis Bambusae10g.

The second diagnosis (July of the same year 17): After taking the medicine, jaundice subsided, the remaining symptoms were greatly alleviated, the tongue coating was thin and white, and the pulse condition was full. Re-examination: the mass was 7cm×8.3cm, and no ascites was found. Still the above method, I didn't take Chinese patent medicine for a course of treatment, and I took Chinese medicine decoction in a reduced amount. It is still under active treatment.
