Patent of light and shadow objective lens

Can't! According to the imaging principle of microscope-the imaging principle of quadratic convex lens. The first time: the distance from the specimen (stage) to the objective lens is greater than one focal length of the objective lens and less than two focal lengths of the objective lens, forming an inverted enlarged real image;

The second time: make the first real image between the eyepiece focal length and the eyepiece focal length, and see an inverted (relative to the first image) enlarged virtual image (red diagonal) through the eyepiece.

You can't see clearly because the distance between the stage and the objective lens is not aligned, or the position of the eyepiece is not aligned.

When observing under microscope, the eyeball is not placed in a focal length of the magnifying glass, but the specimen is placed between one focal length and two focal lengths of the objective lens, so that the first image is in a focal length of the eyepiece.
