Most of the 2/3/4G patents are in the hands of Qualcomm and foreign giants. Huawei is the world's number one in 5G-related patents, but some of the standard formulation uses Qualcomm's patents. In China, there are also ZTE and Da Tang also has a large number of 5G patents, and Intel in the United States also has many 5G patents, but Intel gave up the research and development of 5G baseband because of Apple's abandonment.
