Display mode: 12864-point liquid crystal display corrosion-resistant sensor housing works with tetrafluoroethylene AL305 ultrasonic level gauge, high-frequency pulse sound waves are emitted by the transducer (probe), and are reflected when they meet the surface (water surface) of the measured object, and the reflected echoes are received by the same transducer (probe) and converted into electrical signals. The time between pulse sending and receiving (the moving time of sound wave) is directly proportional to the distance from the transducer to the surface of the object. The relationship between sound wave propagation distance S and sound velocity C and propagation time T can be expressed by the formula: S = C ⅹ t/2.

When installing the ultrasonic level gauge, the blind area of the ultrasonic level gauge must be considered. When the liquid level enters the blind zone, the ultrasonic transmitter cannot measure the liquid level, so when determining the range of the ultrasonic level gauge, a margin of 50 cm must be reserved. When installing, the probe of the transmitter must be about 50 cm above the maximum liquid level. Only in this way can the accurate monitoring of liquid level and the safety of ultrasonic level gauge be guaranteed.

In actual use, the liquid level meter is completely damaged due to poor installation consideration.

Characteristics of SGM ultrasonic level gauge

Attention should be paid during mechanical installation: the installation should be perpendicular to the surface of the measured object, avoiding measuring objects with foam properties, and the distance from the surface of the measured object should be smaller than the blind area (blind area: every product will have a standard, and this standard will be known with the product). It should be considered that the beam should avoid blocking substances and not meet the pouring mouth and container wall. When detecting large solid objects, the direction of the probe should be adjusted to reduce the measurement error. Water supply and drainage treatment: pump house, collecting well, biochemical reaction tank, sedimentation tank, etc.
