In 1965, he was admitted to the Department of Medical Care of Jilin Medical University (Bethune Medical University). After graduation in 1970, he was assigned to the Dongping Commune Health Center in Zhenlai County, Jilin Province to engage in medical work. In 1979, he was admitted to the Basic Medicine Department of Bethune Medical University. A refresher course for college teachers. After completing his studies in 1981, he stayed at the school to teach in the Department of Pharmacology. From February 1986 to February 1987, he went to Japan for training in the Pharmacology Department of Kitasato University School of Medicine. From February 1991 to February 1995, he was a doctoral candidate at Aichi Medical University, Japan, and received his doctorate in medicine in February 1995. After returning to China, he was promoted to professor in August of the same year. He successively served as the director of the Department of Pharmacology, deputy dean of the School of Basic Medicine, and doctoral supervisor. In 1999, he enjoyed special government subsidies from the State Council. After the merger in 2000, he served as the dean of the School of Pharmacy of Jilin University and the dean of the School of Basic Medicine of Jilin University.
Currently working on the front line of pharmacology teaching. He won the Lin Zongyang Medical Education Individual Award from the China International Medical Exchange Association. The person in charge of school-level and provincial-level quality courses is in the process of applying for national-level quality courses. He is the editor-in-chief of 6 planned textbooks for the national seven-year and eight-year clinical medicine programs "Pharmacology". He is an editorial board member of 5 monographs including "Medical Pharmacology" and "Ion Channel Pharmacology" and 13 five-year planning textbooks. The seven-year "Pharmacology" textbook edited by the chief editor has won the first prize for outstanding school-level textbooks of Jilin University, the National Higher Medical Textbook Construction Research Association, and the Excellent Textbook of the Teaching Materials Office of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Health Second Prize, Second Prize of Provincial Excellent Textbook Award from Jilin Provincial Department of Education. In recent years, as the person in charge, I have achieved good results in the course construction of the discipline: I successfully obtained the doctoral degree authorization point for the second-level discipline of pharmacology, the pharmacology discipline was rated as a school and provincial quality course, and I completed a clean-level experiment The reconstruction work of the laboratory (GLP level) was approved as a provincial and ministerial-level key laboratory for drug research.
In terms of scientific research, cardiovascular and molecular pharmacology have been the main research directions for many years. Engaged in research on the mechanism of action of saponins and monomers of American ginseng stems and leaves on the heart, animal experimental research on the adverse reactions of inosine antagonizing glucocorticoids, research on new drugs of levamlodipine, and analysis of the chemical substance base and pharmacological activity of Sini Decoction (National IX Five Climbing Plan Project), etc.
Won 5 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 1 973 major preliminary project, 1 973 sub-project branch, 1 university doctoral program fund, and more than 30 horizontal projects, with a total funding of 6 million yuan. He has won 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, 2 third prizes, 3 patents, and published 138 academic papers at the provincial and ministerial level. There are 46 graduates of master's degree and 3 are currently studying; 16 doctoral candidates have been graduated and 6 are currently studying.
In recent years, molecular pharmacology has been the main research direction, and molecular biology methods have been used to explore the action mechanisms of anti-myocardial ischemia, arrhythmia and anti-tumor drugs. In particular, he has systematically studied the mechanism of action of Tribulus terrestris saponins and its monomers against myocardial ischemia, and has published a series of 38 academic papers. The project on the anti-myocardial ischemia mechanism of activating PKCε and ERK1/2 biological targets using Tribulus terrestris saponins and its monomers has received financial support from three National Natural Science Foundation of China projects and one university doctoral program fund. In this study, the PKCε inhibitor Chelerythrine was used to precondition myocardium to detect the upstream and downstream relationships between PKCε and extracellular regulated kinase (ERK1/2); the cardiomyocyte injury model was prepared with H2O2 and under the action of monomeric saponins, the phosphorylation level of PKCε It increased and translocated to the membrane, and an increase in the phosphorylation content of ERK1/2 was also observed, elucidating the molecular mechanism of anti-apoptotic effect in the PKC-MAPK cell signal transduction pathway. The research topic on the mechanism of Tribulus terrestris saponins against myocardial ischemia provides a scientific method for the research of traditional Chinese medicine, provides a theoretical basis for its action target, and provides new ideas for the further development of traditional Chinese medicine. It has attracted great attention from the academic community and given good evaluation. . Tribulus terrestris saponin for injection has now completed Phase II and III clinical trials, and will produce greater social and economic benefits after production approval. In 2008, this project won the first prize of Jilin Province Science and Technology Progress Award. Due to this topic and other related research, more work has been accumulated in the study of intracellular signal transduction pathways.
In the past three years, our research group has conducted preliminary research on inhibiting myocardial remodeling, and has now completed research on the effects of taurine and enalaprilat on inhibiting myocardial fibrosis. On the basis of this work On the project, he was supported by a Natural Science Foundation project and a 973 sub-project branch project to conduct an in-depth study of the role of antioxidants in reversing myocardial remodeling and the mechanism of intracellular signal transduction.
