1. Research on high-efficiency biogas fermentation device and fermentation technology: On the basis of finding out the internal operation mechanism and key technologies of biogas fermentation device, aiming at the technical problems existing in static biogas digesters, such as crusting, precipitation, less gas production and difficult discharge, it includes three dynamic high-efficiency biogas digesters with eight dynamic fermentation technologies (strong hydrocyclone stirring biogas digesters, hydrocyclone stirring biogas digesters and hydrocyclone stirring biogas digesters: patent number: ZL97227660.2). Such as biogas automatic stirring, automatic recycling, automatic shell breaking, automatic heating, automatic discharging, microbial film forming, shortening and blind elimination, two-step fermentation, etc., and have been included in the national rural biogas national debt project and ecological home project construction specifications, and promoted and applied nationwide. A series of standardized, industrialized and standardized glass fiber reinforced plastic biogas digesters were developed based on the dynamic and efficient biogas technology with swirl distribution, and two national patents were obtained (patent number: 200520078894.2; 200520078895.7), updated the traditional biogas construction technology. Based on the anaerobic sludge interception and adhesion membrane technology, a unit combined multi-cyclone biogas fermentation device was developed. The dynamic fermentation process with unpowered self-flow feeding, multi-cyclone distribution, strong reflux stirring, solid biofilm formation and floating hood gas storage has the advantages of low investment and operation cost, simple management and high gas production rate, which solves the problem of harmless treatment of feces in small and medium-sized livestock and poultry farms. Matching with the device research, the fermentation process and construction operation procedures of household dynamic fermentation biogas digesters have been completed, forming a perfect theoretical system for the design, construction, operation and scientific management of dynamic and efficient biogas fermentation devices, which has promoted the development of biogas technology in China.
2. Research on the technical system of biogas eco-agriculture model: According to the natural, climatic and resource characteristics of northwest China, with dynamic and efficient biogas technology as the core, research and explore the design and application technical specifications of biogas eco-agriculture model marked by the "five supporting" ecological orchard model in northwest China, and optimize the elements and structures involved in ecological courtyards, ecological orchards and ecological greenhouses. It has formed a relatively perfect theoretical and technical system for the design, construction, operation and scientific management of biogas eco-agriculture model, and presided over more than 30,000 demonstration households in Weibei, northern Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Shanxi, Hebei, Henan and other places, increasing income and reducing expenditure by 280 million yuan.
3. Study on anaerobic digestion characteristics and process of animal and plant production waste: In view of the present situation that intensive aquaculture and conservation planting are developing day by day, a large amount of residues are produced to pollute the environment, the raw material characteristics, anaerobic digestion characteristics and anaerobic digestion process of animal and plant production waste are deeply studied, and the anaerobic digestion kinetic model and its optimal process parameters are obtained through research, which provides a basis for harmless treatment and resource utilization of animal and plant production waste. Through the progress of this research direction, the school set up the research room of bioenergy and environmental engineering, added anaerobic digestion experimental equipment and computer data processing equipment, trained 2 graduate students and published 4 academic papers.
4. Research on expert system of biogas engineering design management and fault diagnosis: On the basis of theoretical and practical research and summary of biogas engineering optimization design, operation management and fault causes, an expert system of biogas engineering design management and fault diagnosis is developed to replace senior biogas engineering experts in biogas engineering optimization design, scientifically and accurately diagnose parameters and fault causes in engineering operation, realize computer intelligent random diagnosis and query of biogas engineering parameters adjustment and operation faults, and make the expert system play the role of "biogas doctor". Through the progress of this research direction, 1 doctoral students have been trained and 3 academic papers have been published.
5. Study on comprehensive evaluation of rural energy and eco-agriculture: According to the characteristics of rural energy and eco-agriculture, a comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model including economic, ecological, environmental and social indicators were established by using the theory of system engineering, fuzzy mathematics and dynamic economic evaluation, and studies such as "technical and economic comprehensive evaluation of energy-saving projects of township enterprises", "biogas ecological orchard model comprehensive evaluation" and "comprehensive evaluation of ecological home construction effect" were carried out successively. Through the progress of this research direction, 1 doctoral students have been trained, and 4 academic papers have been published, among which 1 has been included in EI.
