Our company * * * applied for national invention patent item 2 1, including wet material preparation technology, decolorization technology of papermaking water, preparation technology of alkaline hydrogen peroxide chemical mechanical pulp, rapid determination method of chemical oxygen demand, new dewatering method of waste paper deinking sludge, new dewatering method of sewage treatment chemical sludge, two-stage bleaching process of plant fiber pulp and three-stage bleaching process of plant fiber pulp, among which three patents have been authorized.
In addition, the company strengthened the transformation of patent projects, and the conversion rate of patent technology reached 100%. The effective implementation of patents has enabled the company to obtain considerable economic benefits on the basis of having independent intellectual property rights. In 2007, our company authorized the "decolorization method of papermaking wastewater", which has achieved good economic benefits after being applied in the reclaimed water workshop of our company. Through the implementation of this project, the sewage treatment cost is reduced from 1.2 yuan /m3 to 1.0 yuan /m3. According to the calculation, 80% reuse of reclaimed water can save 32,000 cubic meters of clean water, and the annual comprehensive economic benefit can reach 1 1.68 million yuan. The application of the patent "Preparation Technology of Alkaline Hydrogen Peroxide Chemical Mechanical Pulp" in the 300,000-ton chemical mechanical pulp workshop of our company's torch plan project can save 35 million yuan for the pulp workshop every year, and give full play to the role of the patent in production.

In order to improve the company's patent awareness and the management level of patent workers, establish a high-quality patent work team and form a patent work system structure, the company started with strengthening training and greatly improved the patent awareness and management level of employees through the study of patent law and its basic knowledge. More than 40 leaders and technical backbones of the company participated in intellectual property knowledge training courses organized by provinces and cities and correspondence courses for leading cadres of enterprises, and sent personnel with certain patent knowledge to study in Dongying, Qingdao, Jinan and other places for many times, which enhanced the strength of our patent work team. In order to make full use of technical information resources and promote scientific and technological innovation of enterprises, our company has established a patent information platform through consultation with Shandong Patent Information Center, so that our company can make full use of the information in the patent strategy analysis database.
