Even if there are multiple inventors, only one application needs to be submitted. The application includes a section in which all inventors can include their information. Inventors can rest assured that the patent application will inform the Trademark Office of each inventor's rights. Every inventor listed in the patent application will get equal and inalienable rights of the patent.
