20 15 detailed rules for the implementation of authorized patent awards
Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 In order to give full play to the role of patent incentive policy in promoting technological innovation and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises, improve the ability of patent creation, application, protection and management of enterprises, maintain the continuity and stability of patent policy, and further promote the sustainable development of patent work in the whole region. According to the spirit of "Several Policy Opinions on Accelerating Economic and Social Transformation and Upgrading on 20 15" (No.3 Document of Shaoxing Ke Qiao District Committee and Keqiao District People's Government), these Rules are formulated:
Chapter II Award Setting
Article 2 Reward targets: enterprises and institutions registered in the administrative area of Keqiao District and granted patents in 20 15 years.
Article 3 Award criteria:
(1) international patents: 50,000 yuan will be awarded for each international invention patent authorized in that year.
(2) Domestic patents: each invention patent authorized by China in that year was 20,000 yuan and each utility model patent was 25,000 yuan; The appearance patent will be awarded 0. 1.000 yuan each.
Chapter III Application for Awards
Article 4 An award applicant shall provide the following written application materials:
(1)20 15 patent authorization award application form (attachment);
(two) the original and photocopy of the business license of the enterprise and the legal person certificate of the institution;
(3) enterprise tax payment certificate (referring to the sales invoice or other tax payment certificate of enterprise products) and its copy;
(4) The original and photocopy of the patent certificate; International invention patents must provide Chinese translation.
Materials in duplicate, and provide electronic documents (application form). The original will be returned after acceptance and verification.
