BHD is a data format specially developed by Storm Lab. It adopts patented storm technology to optimize video quality, video size, video frame number, code rate and power saving of mobile phones. It's called Black Hawk Down.
BHD format is the exclusive video format of Storm Video, and it is also a copyright-protected video format. Similar to Xunlei xv format and Youku kux format, other players can't play it, only their own players can play it, and they can't convert the format (storm video has accessories, and storm transcoding can convert the format). This effectively protects the copyright, but it is not so convenient for users to use.
