Applicants need to have no criminal record.
Comprehensive scoring system
Applicants need to meet the requirements of the "comprehensive scoring system" and have two advantages. If the applicant gets a score of 100 or above, he only needs the advantage of 1. Advantages include: graduated from the world's top 100 university, 2 years or above international work experience, management positions in the world's top 500 enterprises, overseas undergraduate degree or above, intermediate and senior qualification certificate or 5 or more patents (excluding design patents), and talent list.
Grade scoring system
Applicants need to meet one of the requirements of the "achievement scoring system", that is, they have won outstanding achievement awards (such as Olympic medals, Nobel prizes, national/international awards) or their work has been recognized by their peers, or they have made significant contributions to their fields (such as winning the industry lifetime achievement award).
Priority is given to the score system.
If the applicant meets the requirements of "comprehensive scoring system" and "performance scoring system" at the same time, the "performance scoring system" takes precedence, and the applicant has the opportunity to obtain a residence visa for up to 8 years at one time without renewal.
