Brief Introduction to the Author of Detailed Interpretation of China Patent Law

Yin Xintian, 1977, graduated from Chongqing University, majoring in industrial automation instrumentation, 198 1, graduated from the Graduate School of China University of Science and Technology, and completed his dissertation and obtained a master's degree in the Institute of Automation, China Academy of Sciences. 1980 studied in the us patent and trademark office for 6 months, 1984 studied in the german federal patent office and the german federal patent court for 6 months, 1992 studied in the max Planck institute for 6 months, and 1994 studied in the John Marshall law school in Chicago for 3 months. He has been working in China Patent Office (later renamed as China National Intellectual Property Administration) since 1982. He used to be a reviewer of the Patent Reexamination Board, director of the substantive appeal room of the Patent Reexamination Board, deputy director of the examination business management department, director of the Treaty and Regulation Department of China National Intellectual Property Administration, and spokesperson of China National Intellectual Property Administration. On March 20/0, Kloc retired from China National Intellectual Property Administration, and now he is a senior consultant of Beijing Wanhuida Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd.
