On the sharing of hard-pen calligraphy practice

It started in a training camp for practicing calligraphy.

Zhihu Daqingshentong once answered, "What knowledge do you want to recommend to young people after a brief encounter?" When it comes to the problem, it talks about doing things with big benefits and long half-life, that is, doing things that yield more and have a long-term impact on the future. The counterexample he cited was playing games, which didn't yield much, and the pleasure came quickly and went quickly. The positive example he gave was practicing calligraphy.

we are all here with the same purpose. Every day, there are hundreds of messages, and hundreds of assignments are sent out and commented. Some students have a good foundation and good consciousness, and the words written are highly similar to the example words and restored well; Some students seem to be drifting away from the course, which is quite different from the example; Some students are serious and put in time, but the progress is not obvious.

I think it's necessary to share some problems I have found and the methods I have perceived to practice calligraphy when I see that the hundred days are going to be twenty, and this state continues, and I see the hard work of the class committee.

I'm not the best writer in the group, but the number of times I share with others is at the top, so I'd like to stand up and say a few things first. First, I hope some students can improve the efficiency of practicing calligraphy and the similarity with examples. Second, I hope others will share it wonderfully in the future.

There are two major points in today's sharing:

There are several minor points in the "method of practicing Chinese characters"

There is no doubt about the benefits of practicing Chinese characters, but there are many things that are beneficial to you. Why are you obsessed with practicing Chinese characters despite thousands of options?

Here, ask yourself two questions:

1. Why do you come here to practice your handwriting?

2. The training camp is not cheap, and it costs a lot of time. Have you made up your mind to match it?

My answer is: It's my buried wish to practice Chinese characters well for several years. It started with a Chinese teacher's sentence: "Chinese characters are a person's second face", and it is strengthened by the comparison with other people's signatures every time.

poor handwriting is a thorn in my heart. I don't see blood, but it goes deep. Although it was not shown to others, it was always there. Every time I see my own name and someone else's signature, the nerves in that place tremble. Over the years, the trembling voices can be connected and composed into music. I just need an opportunity to move.

In 218, I came into contact with WeChat training camp, feeling that it was more useful than studying alone (I had the experience of writing in a small class by cable but giving up halfway), and found that I was the kind of person who was used to the exam-oriented education and needed to study in groups to learn well. Through training camps elsewhere, I learned about teacher Abu's 1-day camp, so I came with the determination to brew wine.

Former national football coach Milu said that attitude is everything. I said, determination determines attitude.

Finding and clarifying the internal driving force of practicing Chinese characters is one of the prerequisites for practicing Chinese characters well.

here, everyone should continue to ask themselves, what is the purpose of coming here? How determined are you?

After watching Mr. Abu's writing video, I realized why I always couldn't write the expression of that word when I tried to practice against the example words in the copybook.

I don't know how many students still remember the eight-point formula that Mr. Abu said at the start of the camp: parallel, balanced and average; Speed, strength, angle, radian, length.

In the video, there are also these main points: light pen entry, oblique upward, pause, not too hard, upward hook, inward hook, and look at the structure of this word. . If you haven't been deeply impressed by these words and are not sensitive to them, it means that you haven't watched enough videos and haven't paid enough attention.

There are some gestures that can only be understood by watching the video carefully, but cannot be clearly and accurately expressed in words.

These are the main points and tips. If you don't listen to them, you won't use them in your writing. So you didn't write the font of Mr. Abu's school, but you wrote your own font.

In most cases, poor handwriting means that you didn't watch the video carefully, didn't watch it repeatedly, or didn't write according to the priorities and strokes in the video.

It's too difficult for the class committee to comment with such a font. It's not to ask them to find differences from the example words to help you improve, but to ask them to find similarities to comfort you. Although it may hurt a little to say this, it is true that the class committee is too friendly to everyone, and the friendly parties may not realize this, so it is necessary to stand up and talk to a bad person.

Our writing practice is a process of forgetting the past writing habits and mastering a writing style again.

The more you forget the original writing habits and the less you keep, the better you are likely to write, even if the initial writhing words are not as good as the original ones.

It's like the magical power in some novels. Only by abolishing the original kung fu can we learn this excellent new kung fu. The old ones don't go, and the new ones don't come. Being in an empty cup mentality can accommodate more new things, new methods and new ideas. It is difficult to change habits. You need to use your present self to fight against your familiar self in the past. It takes time and meditation.

practice writing, write quickly, show your true colors, and write words in the past.

writing must be slow, especially regular script.

how slow? At least not faster than Mr Abu.

I want to punch in two fonts and ***18 words of a word in 1 minutes, and I can't write well by my own experience.

Everyone has a different foundation, and how long it takes to write a word in regular script and running script is also different.

at my level, it will take at least one hour to finish writing this page of gold grid copybook. Here, I don't advocate that the longer it takes, the better, but I want to write in a state of no hurry and no progress.

to meditate, the first condition is to have time. The state of being in a hurry is not the state of being able to write well.

Writing requires meditation. Write as early as possible, which may be the quietest time of the day except sleep.

I used to get up early for 1.5 hours, take a nap for half an hour, make a net profit for 1 hour and keep energetic for a few days, and the effect was very good. Later, I stayed up late because of something, but I will continue to try when I go to bed early.

when you are restless, you can adjust it by meditating for 5-1 minutes. With some meditation voice guidance and meditation music, the effect will be better.

before I practiced calligraphy here, I always wrote at the same speed, rhythm and strength.

After reading Mr. Abu's demonstration, I realized that there is rhythm in writing hard pen calligraphy. I thought it was a patent exclusively for Chinese calligraphy.

the speed and intensity in the above eight points can be understood as rhythm. Watching the teacher write, the speed and strength of different strokes of a word are different, which reflects the change of thickness. If the speed of each stroke is the same when writing, and there is no rhythm change, then the word appears dull, especially in running script.

Have you ever carefully observed the strokes of every word, or the strokes in stroke practice, which is difficult to imitate when writing casually?

There is a small incision when the pen is inserted, and the angle changes slightly as soon as the pen and paper are lightly touched.

These contents are all in the video, so you need to watch more and watch them carefully. It's not easy to start writing directly after writing.

The function of the gold grid is not only to indicate the left and right center of gravity distribution of the word you, but also to indicate the starting point, angle, length, radian and end point of each stroke. In a word, it is to tell you whether the position of the stroke is right or not and where it differs from the example word. Among them, writing is particularly critical. If the pen is in the wrong position, the word will be destroyed by half.

The examples in copybooks are different from those in videos. Personally, I feel that the words in videos are better and can imitate the writing in videos. But it depends on personal preference.

A copybook can be enough for you to write a word in regular script and running script 44 times each, and then hand in the last nine words as homework. Take a look at your copybook, and see if the more you write, the better, even if it is only a part.

every time you finish writing a word, you should stop and have a look, compare it with the video and check yourself. When writing the second word, correct the mistakes found in the previous word. The more you find and correct, the more you iterate and write well.

To some extent, it's a game in which everyone finds fault, or it means being a student committee.

The function of the class committee's comments is to point out the problems that can't be found or solved during the iteration, and those simple and obvious problems should be solved by themselves.

It can be understood that every day, the class committee will give you an opportunity to help you find fault. This opportunity should be cherished, and it is meaningful enough to use it in words that you can't find obvious faults.

In addition, if you have time, you can also see what the monitor and the academic committee say about others, and you can learn from others and accelerate your growth.

that's all for sharing.

thank you!
