The difference between appearance design and utility model:

1. Different definitions. Utility models refer to new technical solutions proposed for the shape, structure or combination of toad palace that are suitable for practical use. 3 , application documents are different. Utility model patent application documents shall include: utility model patent request, description, description drawings, claims, abstract and drawings. Design patent application form, pictures or photos, each in duplicate. If you require color protection, you should also submit color pictures or photos in duplicate. Both copies of a submitted picture are pictures, and both copies of a submitted picture are photos. Pictures and photos cannot be mixed. If a description is needed for pictures or photos, a brief description of the design should be submitted in duplicate.
