Do I need to translate the patent statement into other countries' languages, such as French and German?

Only one language, such as English, needs to be submitted in the application stage. After the patent is granted, it must be translated into various languages and registered in the country. But at present, many countries have joined the London Convention (such as Germany), and translation is not needed. Other countries that have not acceded to the convention need translation. Since the translation volume is much smaller than before and the cost is not high, it is suggested to entrust an agent in Europe to translate.
