The air duct electric heater is mainly used to heat the air in the air duct. Specifications are divided into three forms: low temperature, medium temperature and high temperature. Similar in structure, the electric heating tube is supported by steel plate to reduce the vibration of the electric heating tube, and the junction box is equipped with over-temperature control device. In addition to over-temperature protection, a combined conveying device is installed between the fan and the air duct electric heater to ensure that the differential pressure device must be added before and after the fan starts to prevent the fan from failing. In general, the pressure of gas heated by air duct electric heater should not exceed 0.3Kg/cm2. If the above pressure is required, please choose the circulating electric heater. The maximum gas heating temperature of the low-temperature heater shall not exceed160℃; Medium temperature type does not exceed 260℃; High temperature type does not exceed 500℃.

Combined structure of air duct electric heater

The air duct electric heater consists of a body and a control system. The heating element is made of stainless steel tube as protective sleeve, high temperature resistant alloy wire and crystalline magnesium oxide powder by compression process. The control part is composed of advanced digital circuit, integrated circuit trigger and high back pressure thyristor, which ensures the normal operation of the electric heater.
