How much does it cost to apply for a drug patent?
The original official fee of 3,450 yuan includes: application fee: 900 yuan; Document printing fee: 50 yuan; Substantive examination fee: 2,500 yuan.
560 yuan is required after 85% reduction, including: application fee: 135 yuan, document printing fee: 50 yuan, and substantive examination fee: 375 yuan.
After 70% reduction, 1070 yuan is required, of which: application fee: 270 yuan, document printing fee: 50 yuan, and substantive examination fee: 750 yuan.
China National Intellectual Property Administration patent fee reduction and exemption measures: 85% for eligible applicants, individuals or units, and 70% for other cases.
