1. Postgraduate Degree (Graduation) Thesis Format Requirements

(1) Components and Arrangement Order of Degree (Graduation) Thesis

Degree (Graduation) Thesis , generally consists of cover, title page, statement of originality and copyright authorization letter, Chinese abstract, English abstract, table of contents, (list of illustrations and appendices), (list of main symbols), introduction, main text, conclusion, references, (appendix), It consists of papers published during the study period, author resumes, acknowledgments, etc. The bracketed part is optional depending on the type of paper. Degree (graduation) thesis is written and arranged in the above order.

1. Thesis format and format

The Chinese font in the catalog is Song Dynasty, the page numbers are in Times New Roman font, and the font size is customized.

5. ?Chinese abstract: "Abstract" font is in bold size 4, centered horizontally; the content is on a new line, and the font is Song Dynasty size 4; "Keywords" is on a separate line, and the font is bold and small No. 4, the entries are in Song style small No. 4, and the entries are separated by semicolons.

6. 7. Title: Papers are generally divided into three levels of titles

Level one title: boldface, size 3, 1 line of space before and after the paragraph, centered

2. Standards for writing graduate degree (graduation) thesis

Title

1.1 ?The title reflects the most important points in the article in concise, specific and accurate words The logical combination of specific content should comply with the relevant principles of bibliography, indexing and retrieval, and should also help select keywords.

1.2 ?A subtitle can be added when necessary. 1.4 ?The use of non-publicly recognized abbreviations, characters, codes, formulas, etc. should be avoided in the title. Abstract

2.1 An abstract is a brief statement that accurately summarizes the content of the article without any interpretation or comment. The content includes the research purpose, methods, results and conclusions, etc. The abstract of the paper should try to reflect the main information of the article and highlight the creative achievements or new insights of the paper. The content should be concise and to the point, and the language should be refined. Be careful not to be similar to the conclusion. The English abstract should be consistent in content with the Chinese abstract.

2.2 The abstract should be independent and self-contained, and should be a complete short article. Use third person. Generally speaking, it is not recommended to express in paragraphs, and charts, chemical structural formulas, and non-publicly recognized symbols and terminology are not used. It is also not appropriate to quote figures, tables, formulas, and serial numbers of references in the article.

2.3 If non-standard terms, abbreviations, symbols, etc. are used in the abstract, they should be explained in the form of notes the first time they appear.

Keywords

3.1? Marking keywords is for the purpose of document indexing, to facilitate indexing and retrieval, and to select words or phrases from the paper that can reflect the subject content of the paper. .

3.2? All degree (graduation) thesis should have Chinese and English keywords. Chinese and English keywords should correspond one to one and be ranked below the Chinese and English abstracts respectively.
