The first is the division of responsibilities within the technical department, which is divided into independent professional groups according to the functions of the department. The responsibilities between professional groups should be clear and the division of labor should be in place. The second is to clarify the division of responsibilities with the relevant departments of the business headquarters, clarify the work flow, form an assembly line, maximize the role of the department, reduce the business burden of other departments, and improve the overall operational efficiency of the department.
2. Do a good job in pre-design management and organize technical review in an orderly manner.
The technical department is responsible for the design management in the preliminary design stage and the submission of electromechanical user requirements.
