The protection of patents in China is not strong enough.

In recent years, China's science and technology has developed very rapidly, and it has achieved great success in the fields of computer, communication and biomedicine, which has greatly improved China's industrial technology level, not only promoted economic development, but also enhanced China's international status. In the future, China will gradually shift from a manufacturing country to a creating country. Of course, this process is not easy, it is a very difficult process, and it also requires the efforts of every young person.

Mr. Li Yang, chairman of the National Finance and Development Laboratory and former vice president of China Academy of Social Sciences, raised the question: Is the low patent utilization rate in China a constraint of scientific research system or a low practicality? Actually, I think there are some reasons for these two aspects. It takes a long time for the theory to turn into reality itself, and it cannot put great pressure on the patentee or the company. Part of the reason is that some enterprises do not pay enough attention to the intellectual property rights of patents, which leads to the inability of proprietary products to be put into production effectively.

Low practicality is also a very important factor. If the practical function of the product produced by investing a lot of money is not very strong, then many customers will not pay the bill, and it is meaningless to create this product. Therefore, patented products must not be divorced from the needs of the masses.

There are many problems in the field of patent intellectual property rights, and people will not use too biased patent intellectual property rights. For patents that are too concentrated, ordinary enterprises simply don't know which to use, which is also a very big problem. This problem is not only a problem of our country, but also a worldwide problem.

The state should still vigorously carry forward the spirit of independent innovation, give more support and encouragement to creators, and make people with ideas and abilities more motivated to do this. It is easy to apply for a patent. What is important is how to protect the intellectual achievements of the patentee. The state should also severely crack down on violations of the legitimate rights and interests of others, so that creators have no worries.
