Second, the rules of statistical statements
When the annual statistical standard of enterprises above designated size is reached, the unit will go to the district statistics bureau for filing on June 5438+ 10 to obtain the system account of the statistical networking direct reporting platform; In March each year, enterprises above designated size (industrial enterprises with sales income of more than 20 million) need to complete their annual statistical statements on the statistical networking direct reporting platform (enterprises that are not unified can be ignored).

Mainly fill in the number of R&D personnel, R&D expenses, tax relief, enterprise intellectual property rights (patents, software works, technology contracts) information.
The company shall keep the proportion of R&D personnel in the total number of the company not less than 10%. If there are too few R&D personnel, other employees who meet the requirements of R&D personnel can be deployed to the R&D team to increase the number of R&D team, thus enhancing the R&D capability of the company.
