Which is more profitable, Qualcomm or Huawei?

Qualcomm is the patent overlord of smart phones, commonly known as Qualcomm tax.

Huawei is just an imitator of Qualcomm (5G), a seller of information and communication equipment and smart phones.

These two companies are completely different enterprises.

Qualcomm dominates the world by strength, while Huawei and Baidu, the three major domestic telecom companies, rely on the protection of Fu Zheng and moral kidnapping to cheat consumers.

Qualcomm tax is also something that the industry hates, but the patent wall in Qualcomm is formed by the future scientific research layout, which belongs to fair industry competition. The problem is the monopoly after Qualcomm's dominance. If Qualcomm and Apple lose the case, Qualcomm will have to amend the patent licensing agreement, and Qualcomm tax will no longer exist. If Apple loses, Qualcomm's patent advantage is still huge.

For multinational enterprises, monopoly is a kind of behavior that is permanently tied to interests but always has great risks.

Huawei is a rogue enterprise, opaque and openly bullying domestic consumers. None of the monopolies of the three major telecom operators in China, such as Baidu, has a good reputation, and every one regards domestic consumers as ATMs and slaves.

Qualcomm taxes are too heavy. I wonder what those who want Apple to lose are thinking? For the sake of consumers, chip manufacturers and mobile phone manufacturers, I personally hope that Qualcomm will lose this lawsuit and break the Qualcomm tax.

Qualcomm tax is not Apple's problem, but everyone's problem in the world.

However, it is understandable that Qualcomm gains profits by obtaining patents through legal scientific research, but what needs to be broken is Qualcomm's monopoly (anti-monopoly law).
