A product has been improved and applied for two invention patents. Can the claims be written in the same way?

If the applicant wants to apply for more patents, that is, to request more patents and authorize more invention patents, he can directly reapply, write the previously applied technology into the preface of the claim as the prior art, and write the improvements into the distinguishing feature part.

If the applicant only wants to protect the technology, within the priority period, it is suggested to directly claim the priority of the earlier application, without making any amendments to the original claim, and only add subsequent improvements to the claim.
