Is Kirin 955 of Glory V8 a plug-in baseband?

The full netcom version of Glory v8 supports telecom, but there is no integrated telecom baseband in Kirin 950 chip, and the full netcom is a plug-in. China Mobile Unicom's dual Netcom version is not a plug-in baseband, but a full Netcom model is a plug-in. Basebands of China Mobile and China Unicom are integrated in Kirin 950 processor, except for telecom, because most of the cdma patents of telecom are in Qualcomm's hands, and Huawei has no choice but to use external baseband, which is VIA's old baseband.
