(4) Patent Management Office.
Responsible for the implementation of patent technology transformation; Standardize patent technology transactions, guide and standardize the evaluation of intangible assets of intellectual property rights; Responsible for the management of import and export intellectual property rights; To guide the intellectual property work of cities, Yangling Demonstration Zone, scientific research institutes, universities and enterprises; Guide the pilot demonstration of intellectual property rights in the province.
(5) Planning and Development Office.
To organize the formulation of the province's patent work plan and annual plan; Formulate the development plan of patent information and be responsible for the construction of the public service system of patent information in the whole province; Responsible for statistical analysis and tracking services of patent information; Organize publicity and education on intellectual property rights.
