The problem of citing other patents in patents
You must first ensure that the publication date of the patent that needs to be cited in advance is before the publication date of your application, otherwise the instructions may not be enough. Then you have to write clearly which technical solution you are quoting. If you write a previous patent vaguely, the examiner will not know which scheme you quoted. You can't have the technical scheme in the previous patent, can you? The best way is to copy all the parts you need to quote. Explain that it is not afraid of cumbersome. Just don't make the claim too long, otherwise the coverage will be small and the instructions will not affect your coverage. There's no harm in writing more. Then I remember that there were more than 30 pages of instructions before I handed in the application surcharge. Less than 30 pages, don't worry about paying more. Therefore, I think it is safest to copy all of them.
