Structure and principle of hydrogen generator

Hydrogen generator is a self-regulating hydrogen generator for hydrogen fuel cell, which consists of fuel tank, catalyst and opening. Structure of hydrogen generator: The hydrogen generator consists of electrolytic cell, pure water tank, hydrogen/water separator, collector, dryer, sensor, pressure regulating valve, switching power supply and other components. Hydrogen can only be produced by electrolysis of pure water. After electrifying, the cathode of electrolytic cell produces hydrogen, the anode produces oxygen, and the hydrogen enters the hydrogen/water separator. Oxygen is discharged into the atmosphere. A hydrogen/water separator separates hydrogen from water. After the hydrogen enters the dryer for dehumidification, it is adjusted to the rated pressure (0.02 ~ 0.45 MPa ~ 0.45 MPa adjustable) through the pressure stabilizing valve and regulating valve, and then it is output from the outlet. The hydrogen production pressure of the electrolyzer is controlled by the sensor at about 0.45Mpa. When the pressure reaches the set value, the power supply of the electrolyzer is cut off. When the pressure drops below the set value, the power supply will be restored.

Qi Jun Instruments & Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a high-tech company specializing in research and development, production and sales of chromatographic analysis instruments, gas chromatographs, automatic headspace sampler and nitrogen-hydrogen air generator. JQ-H500II hydrogen generator is simple to operate, safe and reliable, and alkali addition can be completed at one time. In daily use, just add distilled water and turn on the power switch to generate hydrogen. The gas path is all made of stainless steel tubes (electrolytic polishing, ultrasonic cleaning), equipped with overvoltage protection device and two-stage purification. Barrel electrolyzer, the electrolytic material is imported special precious metal, which effectively improves the electrolytic efficiency, keeps the tank temperature constant and greatly prolongs the service life of the electrolyzer. Stable output flow, automatic tracking, no attenuation of purity, and continuous use.
