Nowadays, the technology market is full of confusion and fake wealth-making projects are rampant. Investors must analyze the project from all aspects before investing.
See if it violates scientific principles: In the early 1990s, the report that "Wang Hongcheng can drive a car with 10 parts of water and 1 part of puffing agent" caused thousands of companies to invest huge sums of money to participate. The production of "Hongcheng Fuel" resulted in no harvest.
Look at the office location: A strong company must have its own property rights. The units that rent offices have relatively poor technical capabilities and credibility, and they tend to run away when they encounter trouble.
Look at the business license: the company is illegal, and legal cooperation is empty talk. Check clearly whether the registered capital on the business license of the transfer unit is sufficient, whether the business scope is legal, and be careful of leather companies.
Look at operational independence: Most powerful units will not be affiliated with other departments. Unprofessional units usually rent a few houses from authoritative departments and use the name of "a certain big company", "a certain country's ministry", "a certain university" or "a certain expert" to build up their appearance.
Look at technical strength: Fake technology transfer units usually steal other people’s fur technology and immediately apply for a license, fabricate the technology to apply for a patent, and then use the patent application (grant) number to pretend to be an official patent.
Identification of invention patents and inventors: It must have a formal national patent invention certificate, not an application for grant, and it is definitely not a utility model patent or a design patent. If two inventors or invention patent certificates are found in similar products, one of them must be fake.
If you don’t understand, don’t get involved: Don’t just listen to the franchise company’s propaganda, go to the market to understand the situation yourself. For technologies you don’t understand, you should listen to the opinions of several experts.
Learn to wait: As the saying goes, "the road ahead tells you the power", scammer companies generally operate for half a year, and will run away with the money once the true colors are exposed. As long as you stay calm and wait for a while, you can verify the authenticity of a certain company.
