How to respond to infringement complaints
1.? Contact the complaining party to withdraw the complaint. The first step is of course to contact the complaining party to withdraw the corresponding complaint. During the process, we found that many sellers and friends made mistakes in the exchanges with their suppliers, resulting in regular sales allowed by the rights holders, but they were also complained about. In this case, by contacting the complaining party, the complaint can be dismissed smoothly. You can find the contact information of the rights holder in the picture below.
2. Make an infringement complaint
After we confirm the specific type of infringement, we can start to make a targeted complaint. Note that the appeal time is three working days. You need to complete the appeal within this time. If it times out, the appeal entrance will be closed

Complaint processing time: After receiving an infringement complaint, 3 working days are given for appeal, and after the appeal, the complaining party will process the complaint within 3 working days. It will be reviewed within 3 working days. If the complaining party requires our customer service to intervene, we will review it within 3-5 working days. We cannot expedite the appeal review period. Please be patient and pay attention~
