Brief introduction of China National Intellectual Property Administration, People's Republic of China
China National Intellectual Property Administration is the directly affiliated institution in charge of patent work and overall coordination of foreign-related intellectual property affairs in the State Council. China National Intellectual Property Administration (China National Intellectual Property Administration), formerly known as People's Republic of China (PRC) and China Patent Office (hereinafter referred to as China Patent Office). 1980 was established with the approval of the State Council. During the institutional reform in the State Council from 65438 to 0998, China Patent Office was renamed as China National Intellectual Property Administration, which became an institution directly under the State Council, and was in charge of the comprehensive coordination of patent work and foreign-related intellectual property affairs. China National Intellectual Property Administration Patent Office is a subsidiary of China National Intellectual Property Administration. China National Intellectual Property Administration entrusted the China National Intellectual Property Administration Patent Office to be responsible for the acceptance, examination, reexamination and authorization of patent applications and the examination of requests for invalidation.
