Why is there always some water left in the toilet?

There are several reasons for water accumulation in the toilet.

1. Some manufacturers of inferior materials blindly reduce the production cost, and the choice of inferior materials leads to cracks in the water outlet of the water inlet valve and the water inlet pipe itself during injection molding, which leads to the sealing failure, and the water in the water tank flows into the toilet through the overflow pipe of the drain valve, resulting in "long running water".

2. The buoyancy of the floating ball (or bucket) is not enough, which leads to the miniaturization of the water tank fittings, so that the buoyancy of the floating ball (or bucket) is not enough. When water submerges the floating ball (or bucket), the water inlet valve can't be closed, so that the water continuously flows into the water tank and finally flows into the toilet from the overflow pipe, causing water leakage. This phenomenon is especially obvious when the tap water pressure is high.

3. Improper design will interfere with the actions of various mechanisms of water tank fittings, leading to water leakage. For example, when the water tank discharges water, the float ball and the backward direction of the float ball affect the normal reset of the flap door, resulting in water leakage. In addition, the floating rod is too long and the floating ball is too large, which causes friction with the wall of the water tank, affecting the free lifting of the floating ball, leading to seal failure and water leakage.

4. The joint of the drain valve is not tightly sealed. Because the joint of the non-disposable drain valve is not tightly sealed, under the action of water pressure, water flows into the toilet from the joint gap through the overflow pipe, causing water leakage. If the sealing ring of the lifting inlet valve with freely changeable height is not closely matched with the pipe wall, water leakage often occurs.

5. The installation problem of the toilet bowl, which was not installed at the time of installation, led to the dislocation of the sewage outlet on the ground and the sewage discharge caliber of the toilet bowl. In this way, yellow water, water and odor will come out. The installation is not professional, and there is no flange (the flange has good fixing and anti-overflow function).
