Usage and dosage of urapidil hydrochloride injection
1. Administration method for treating hypertensive crisis, severe and extremely severe hypertension, and intractable hypertension: 1) Intravenous slow injection 10-50mg urapidil, and monitoring blood pressure changes, the antihypertensive effect generally appears within 5 minutes. If the effect is not ideal, you can use the medicine repeatedly. 2) After continuous intravenous drip or intravenous injection of this product by infusion pump, in order to maintain its antihypertensive effect, continuous intravenous drip can be used. The liquid is prepared as follows: 250mg urapidil (equivalent to10.25 mg urapidil hydrochloride injection), such as physiological saline, 5% or 10% glucose, is usually added to intravenous infusion. If an infusion pump is used, 20 ml of injection (= 100 mg urapidil) can be injected into the infusion pump, and then the above liquid can be diluted to 50 ml. The maximum drug concentration of intravenous infusion is 4 mg urapidil per ml. The input speed is adjusted according to the patient's blood pressure. The initial infusion rate can reach 2mg/min, and the administration rate is maintained at 9 mg/h (if 250mg urapidil is dissolved in 500ml of liquid, 1mg urapidil is equivalent to 44 drops or 2.2ml of input liquid). 2. Administration method of perioperative hypertension This product can be used for single and multiple intravenous injections and long-term intravenous infusion, and can also be continuously infused after intravenous injection to maintain the stability of blood pressure. Patients should take a lying position when injecting drugs intravenously. From the toxicological point of view, the treatment time generally does not exceed 7 days. Compatibility contraindications: This product cannot be mixed with alkaline liquid, because its acidity may lead to turbid solution or floc formation.
