What are the characteristics of air conveying chute?

There are several ways to solve the blockage of the air conveying chute: (1) When the grinding material contains a lot of slag, check the grinding tail screen plate. If the screen plate grate is too large, it should be welded or repaired. Replace, replace or improve the rotary screen slag discharge device to prevent more iron slag from entering the chute. (2) When the temperature of the clinker entering the mill is less than 50°C, the cooling water should be turned off. The amount of water sprayed into the mill should be controlled not to exceed 2% of the mill output. When water is sprayed outside the mill cylinder, the operator should carefully observe the grinding body bolts. If the bolts are loose, the cooling water should be turned off and dealt with. Do not turn on the cooling water immediately when grinding. Wait for the air chute to transport the material for a few minutes before turning on the cooling water. When the moisture content of the grinding materials is high, the materials should be dried. (3) Use rubber or asbestos rope to strengthen the sealing of air leakage areas. The upper part of the chute feed end is equipped with an air locking device. Install a pressure measuring tube at a certain distance on the side and upper part of the chute. If any change in pressure is found, the cause should be found and corresponding measures should be taken. (4) Through the observation window of the air conveying chute or open the exhaust port on the upper part of the chute, if there is a "bulging" phenomenon in the material in the chute, the porous plate is broken and the porous plate should be replaced. The perforated plate should be installed flush with the chute, and the joints should be sealed with adhesive. Wait for the adhesive to dry before driving, otherwise, the porous plate will easily loosen. (5) The size of the slope is an important factor in determining the movement speed of the material in the tank. When the slope increases by 1, the flow rate increases by about 20. When the particle size, viscosity, humidity, natural angle of repose of the material to be conveyed is large and the conveying distance is long, the slope should be larger. If the slope is too small and has a great impact on production, the slope should be increased or the fan pressure and air volume should be increased, and the fan air inlet duct should be improved. (6) Before stopping the mill, stop feeding the mill and convey the materials in the chute cleanly before stopping the mill. When driving, open the chute for a few minutes before feeding. (7) In addition to the above measures, workers on the job are also required to conduct timely and careful inspections to detect signs and deal with them in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the air conveying chute. (8) In order to discharge the residual air in the upper tank in time, an exhaust pipe or a cloth bag should be installed above the tail of the chute. 1 to 2 exhaust ports should be provided in each section of the upper tank and sealed with a filter layer and wire mesh. An automatic alarm device is installed at the feed end of the air chute. Once blocked, the feed port will be automatically closed or the machine will stop.
