Flue is a tubular device for exhausting waste gas and flue gas. Residential flue refers to a vertical pipe product used for exhausting kitchen flue gas or toilet flue gas, also known as exhaust duct, ventilation duct and residential exhaust duct.
Application principle
When the flue gas from the air inlet is discharged into the flue, it will meet the flue gas discharged upward from the lower floor. When two air streams meet, a vortex and an air curtain will be formed, which will hinder the upward movement of the lower flue gas. Once the fire check valve is stuck by oil pollution and can't be opened, the smoke will flee indoors because of its upward movement.
In order to overcome the technical problem of smoke smell, the solution is to use the principle of dynamic-static pressure conversion (Bernoulli theorem) of aerodynamics and the combined variable pressure refractory flue developed by Wei Zi Institute of Architecture and Technology, Jiangsu Province, and to set patented variable pressure check elements for pumping air and accelerating air flow in the flue, so that the dynamic-static pressure conversion of smoke can be completed at a specific position.
The exhaust port of the kitchen or bathroom where the range hood is not turned on is in a negative pressure state. The principle of Bernoulli's theorem is used to form suction force, thus eliminating eddy current and air barrier, and solving the phenomenon of crosstalk and odor in the smoke exhaust pipeline.
