Acute renal failure

ARF is divided into: oliguric phase, polyuric phase and recovery phase.

Generally, patients should stay in bed during the oliguric and polyuric periods, and gradually increase appropriate activities during the recovery period.

During the third period, attention should be paid to avoid high-potassium foods: such as low-sodium salt, salt-free soy sauce, pickles, processed cans, ginseng essence, chicken essence, strong tea, etc.; avoid high-uric acid foods: such as animal offal, seafood , dried fish, beans, etc.; fruits: carambola (never edible), guava, cantaloupe, cantaloupe, orange, banana, grapefruit, etc.

However, during the oliguric period, the intake of water, salt, potassium, phosphorus and protein should be restricted, and acute cystitis should be checked. Provide enough heat to cut tissue protein recognition. For those who cannot eat, glucose, amino acids, fat emulsion, etc. can be supplemented intravenously.
