Cleaning technology of restaurant chopsticks

Generally, chopsticks in large restaurants are cleaned by ultrasonic cleaning machines. It consists of an ultrasonic generator and an ultrasonic transducer cleaning tank.

Ultrasonic cleaning machine cleans disposable tableware, sterilized tableware, plates, bowls, wine glasses, spoons, chopsticks and dishes in hotels, canteens and restaurants.

The generator transmits ultrasonic oscillation electric power, and the electric power is converted into ultrasonic mechanical vibration by the transducer. Under the ultrasonic vibration, the cleaning liquid forms a high-speed nuclear airflow between the liquid surface and the surface to be cleaned.
