The fork is not reversed. After the fork is reversed, the oil disc caliper on the front fork should be in front of the fork but this is still behind the fork. In addition, the lock is still on the right side of the fork, but it is on the left after reverse installation.
This is just a rear-positioned fork bridge, or what is technically called an inverted fork bridge. This is Manito's patent. They say it is stronger this way, and most of Manito's forks are like this. You can find out by looking at R7 and the like
