The procedures for high-tech enterprise recognition are as follows:
(1) Enterprise self-evaluation and application

(2) Submit the following application materials
1. Application form for recognition of high-tech enterprise;
2. Copy of business license and tax registration certificate (photocopy );
3. Intellectual property certificate (exclusive license contract), production approval document, new product or new technology certification (novelty check) materials, product quality inspection report, provincial-level or above science and technology plan project approval certificate, and others Relevant certification materials;
4. Description of the number of employees, academic structure, and the proportion of R&D personnel to the company’s employees;
5. Nearly three companies that have been authenticated by qualified intermediaries Statement of research and development expenses for the fiscal year (actual operating years if the actual years are less than three years), with explanatory materials on research and development activities;
6. The company’s last three accounting records certified by a qualified intermediary agency Annual financial statements (including balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, actual operating years if the actual age is less than three years) and technical income statement.
(3) Compliance review
The accreditation agency should establish an expert database for high-tech enterprise accreditation and review; based on the enterprise’s application materials, experts from the expert database will be selected to review the applicant enterprise. Provide identification opinions.
(4) Recognition, publicity and filing
The accreditation agency certifies the enterprise. The recognized high-tech enterprises will be publicized on the "High-tech Enterprise Recognition Management Work Network" for 15 working days. If there are no objections, they will be reported to the leading group office for filing, and the recognition results will be announced on the "High-tech Enterprise Recognition Management Work Network" and Issue a uniformly printed "High-tech Enterprise Certificate" to the enterprise.
