5. If operating nationwide or across provinces, autonomous regions, or municipalities directly under the Central Government, the minimum registered capital is RMB 10 million;
6 , have necessary IDC sites, facilities and technical solutions;
7. The company and its main investors and main operating and management personnel have no illegal records of violating the telecommunications supervision and management system within three years;
8. Documents proving that cabinet rental resources or self-built computer rooms have passed the evaluation signed with the operator;
9. Other conditions stipulated by the state.
An enterprise needs to prepare the following materials when applying for an IDC license:
