Before registering and using an OPPO account, you confirm that you have carefully read and fully understood the terms and conditions of this agreement, especially the terms limiting or exempting liability. 7. Liability for breach of contract

7.2? If your actions cause losses to Xunyi (including but not limited to direct losses, reputation losses, third-party fines, claims, etc.). ), immediately have the right to fully recover from you.
7.3? If you have a dispute with a third party in violation of this agreement, all the consequences will be borne by you, which has nothing to do with Xunyi, and Xunyi has no obligation to assist you in handling such disputes.
8. Termination of service

In order to make full use of the resources of the OPPO account, if you fail to log in for the first time after registering the OPPO account, or fail to log in and use the OPPO account for six consecutive months, or violate the contents of this agreement, you have the right to immediately stop using the account and stop providing services to you.
8.2? You understand and agree that Xunyi will temporarily or permanently terminate the OPPO account service (or any part thereof) at any time according to its own business policies. You need to pay attention to the notice of Xunyi website or OPPO platform in time, back up the data and information under your account in time, and deal with your virtual property (such as coins) in time according to the measures announced by Xunyi. Xunyi is not responsible for your failure to deal with the contents and virtual property involved in your OPPO account in time according to the measures announced by Xunyi.
9. Dispute settlement
9. 1? Any dispute arising from this agreement between you and Xunyi shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails within 90 days from the date of the dispute, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the people's court of Xunyi's domicile for litigation.
10, protocol update
10. 1? Coin usage code, appeal rules of OPPO account and other agreements related to the registration and use of OPPO account are an integral part of this agreement, and we have the right to modify this agreement and/or relevant agreement terms immediately when necessary.
