Can I apply for a patent for the landscape decoration on the building?

I can't.

To obtain patent protection, the following key conditions must be met:

An invention must have the element of novelty, that is, it must have new features that are unknown in the sum of existing knowledge in its technical field. The sum of existing knowledge is called "existing technology".

Inventions must be "creative" or "unobvious", that is, people with general knowledge in related technical fields will not easily infer them.

The invention must be able to be put into industrial application, that is, it must be useful or can be used for some industrial or commercial purposes, not just a theoretical phenomenon.

According to the law, the theme of an invention must be a "patentable" theme. In many countries, scientific theories, aesthetic creations, mathematical methods, plant or animal varieties, the discovery of natural substances, commercial methods, medical methods (rather than medical products) or computer programs are usually not patented.

The invention must be disclosed in the application in a clear and complete way so that people with general knowledge in relevant technical fields can copy it.
