Weatherford Company first entered the Chinese market in 1985 as a branch of Weatherford Asia Pacific Company. For more than 20 years, it has provided services to major oil and gas fields in China with its advanced technology, comprehensive equipment and excellent personnel. Weatherford (China) Energy Services Company is headquartered in Beijing and is mainly responsible for the company’s overall business management, market and sales decisions, major domestic customer relationships, and coordination of various product line operations. Weatherford's operating facilities in the South China Sea region are located at the Chiwan Oil Supply Base in Shekou, where there are more than 1,800 square meters of inventory management warehouse and 4,000 square meters of outside storage yard, equipped with offices, tungsten alloy welding area, tool inspection area and string cleaning area as well as an electronics workshop. Weatherford Bohai Base was built in 1997. In June 2005, we moved our warehouse to the Bohai Oil Supply Base, which is more convenient for customers. Here, we have two 1500 square meters of closed workshops, a 2500 square meters of storage yard and a 1670 square meters of pipe storage space.
