Is the patent right still valid after the license contract expires?

After the validity period of the patent right expires, the relevant patent implementation license contract cannot be concluded, otherwise the contract entered into will be invalid. Article 865 of the Patent Law states that a patent license contract is only valid during the duration of the patent right. If the validity period of the patent right expires or the patent right is declared invalid, the patentee shall not enter into a patent license contract with others for the patent.
