Because the process is simple, the equipment is few and the operation is simple. The investment and operation costs are low, while eliminating SO2 pollution, sulfur resources can be recycled, which can be used for SO2 pollution control of boiler flue gas in power plants, non-ferrous smelting flue gas, sintering flue gas in iron and steel plants and flue gas of various large and medium-sized industrial boilers, and improve the situation that the current flue gas desulfurization technology devices can barely afford it, but can't afford it. The flue gas desulfurization technology is based on the boiler flue gas of 654.38+100000 MW unit, with an investment of 35 million yuan and an annual output of 30,000-40,000 tons of sulfuric acid. It can reduce SO2 emission by 2.4 million tons and by-product sulfuric acid by 3.6 million tons every year, and the output value can reach several billion yuan. This technology has won the national invention patent and has been included in the national high-tech industrialization project guide.
