Patent supplementary information mailbox cannot receive mail.

1. First, check whether the digital account is closed: log in to the email address, open the settings-click the account-and check whether "Close Digital Account" is set.

2. Secondly, check the settings of mail receiving rules: log in to the email address, open Settings-click Receiving Rules, and check whether the receiving conditions are set improperly.

3. Finally, check the anti-spam settings: log in to the mailbox, open Settings-click Anti-spam-blacklist settings. If you find that a normal mailbox has been added to the blacklist by mistake, you can receive a letter from the other party by deleting the blacklist.
