(4) The first page of the prospectus of an application for a patent for invention is in triplicate. 5) Copy of payment voucher accepted by China National Intellectual Property Administration or its patent agency (including the examination fee for invention patent) in triplicate. (6) Service invention patents provide business licenses, and non-service invention patents provide personal identity cards.
