What should I do if I find that my patent is infringed?

Subjectivity of law:

If a patent is infringed, the parties concerned can negotiate to defend their rights. If they are unwilling to negotiate or fail to negotiate, they can bring a lawsuit to the people's court, or they can request the department in charge of patent work to handle it. When the department in charge of patent work handles it, if the infringement is found to be established, they can also order the infringer to stop the infringement immediately. If the party refuses to accept it, they can bring a lawsuit to the court. Legal objectivity:

Article 47 of the Copyright Law shall bear civil liabilities such as stopping the infringement, eliminating the influence, making an apology and compensating for the losses according to the circumstances: (1) publishing his works without the permission of the copyright owner; (2) publishing a work created in cooperation with others as a work created by oneself without the permission of the co-author; (three) did not participate in the creation, in order to seek personal fame and fortune, signed the work of others; (4) distorting or tampering with other people's works; (5) Plagiarizing other people's works; (6) without the permission of the copyright owner, using a work by exhibition, making a film, or using a work by means of adaptation, translation, annotation, etc., except as otherwise provided by this Law; (seven) the use of another person's work, which should be paid but not paid; (8) Renting works or audio-visual products without the permission of the copyright owner or copyright-related obligee of film works and works created by methods similar to film production, computer software and audio-visual products, except as otherwise provided by this Law; (9) Using the layout design of books and periodicals published by the publisher without the permission of the publisher; (ten) without the permission of the performer, live broadcast or public transmission of his live performance, or recording his performance; (eleven) other acts of infringement of copyright and copyright-related rights and interests.
