I. Office

(2) Mission Office

To be responsible for guiding the political theory study, ideological and political education and socialist spiritual civilization construction of procuratorial organs in the whole province; To be responsible for guiding the press release and external publicity of the procuratorial organs in the province; Responsible for the work of Gansu reporter station of Procuratorate Daily; Responsible for planning and guiding the education and training of cadres of procuratorial organs in the province, the construction of education and training bases and the construction of teachers; Responsible for formulating the long-term education and training development plan of procuratorial organs in the province; Responsible for guiding the construction of grass-roots procuratorates in the province; Responsible for organizing the procuratorial organs in the province to carry out the activities of striving for Excellence; To undertake the commendation and reward work of the province's procuratorial system.

(3) Police force

Responsible for guiding the management, training and assessment of the judicial police of the procuratorial organs in the province; Responsible for organizing the implementation of plans and measures for the construction of the judicial police force; Responsible for handling and managing the rank and equipment of judicial police; Responsible for coordinating major cross-regional police activities; Responsible for the safety management of provincial hospital organs.

Three. Office of investigation and supervision

Responsible for the examination and approval, arrest decision, supervision of filing and investigation activities of criminal suspects in criminal cases in the province (including corruption, bribery, dereliction of duty and other criminal cases directly accepted by people's procuratorates); To undertake the examination, approval and decision of arrest cases that should be handled by provincial people's procuratorates; To undertake requests for instructions on difficult problems in the work of the people's procuratorates at lower levels to arrest procuratorial departments; Grasp and comprehensively analyze the dynamic situation of social security, and guide the procuratorial organs in the province to carry out comprehensive management of social security; Carry out national security procuratorial work; To guide the examination and approval of juvenile suspected criminal cases; Responsible for the liaison work of railway inspection. To study and formulate the implementation opinions on examining and approving arrests in the Supreme People's Procuratorate.

Fourth, the public prosecution organ.

On behalf of the public prosecution department of the Provincial People's Procuratorate, the public prosecution department of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the death penalty review office, public security, courts, justice, national security and other business units and departments to exercise contact, communication and coordination duties; Responsible for the macro guidance and comprehensive investigation of the work of the public prosecution department in the province; Responsible for mastering the quality of public prosecution cases in the province, and organizing the evaluation and special inspection of public prosecution work in the province; Responsible for the province's public prosecution cadre training and excellent prosecutors, excellent court training activities; Responsible for the management of cases accepted by the provincial hospital, and the coordination and distribution of internal work of the public prosecution department of the provincial hospital.

V. instituting public prosecution

In charge of criminal cases in Lanzhou, Lantie, Wuwei, Jinchang, Zhangye, Jiuquan, Jiayuguan and mining areas. Responsible for guiding the examination and prosecution, public prosecution in court and protest of criminal cases in the above-mentioned fields; Responsible for supervising the criminal trial activities of the people's courts; To undertake criminal cases of first instance under the jurisdiction of the provincial hospital; To undertake criminal protest and appeal cases under the jurisdiction of the provincial hospital and perform the duties of appearing in court; Responsible for case guidance; Responsible for handling other cases and work assigned by the public prosecution organ.

Responsible for criminal cases in the procuratorial system of Baiyin, Dingxi, Tianshui, Longnan, Forest Region, Pingliang, Qingyang, Linxia and Gannan. Responsible for guiding the examination and prosecution, public prosecution in court and protest of criminal cases in the above-mentioned fields; Responsible for supervising the criminal trial activities of the people's courts; To undertake criminal cases of first instance under the jurisdiction of the provincial hospital; Responsible for handling criminal protest and appeal cases under the jurisdiction of the provincial hospital and performing their duties in court; Responsible for case guidance; Responsible for handling other cases and work assigned by the public prosecution organ.

Seven. Anti-corruption and bribery bureau

Responsible for guiding the procuratorial organs in the province to handle the investigation and pre-trial work of criminal cases such as corruption and bribery, misappropriation of public funds, unclear source of huge amounts of property, hiding overseas deposits, and privately dividing state-owned assets; Directly file a case to investigate major corruption and bribery crimes in the province; Organizing, coordinating and directing the investigation of major and extraordinarily serious corruption and bribery cases across regions; Responsible for the investigation and cooperation of major and extraordinarily serious corruption and bribery cases; Study and analyze the characteristics and laws of corruption, bribery and other crimes in the province, and put forward punishment countermeasures; To undertake requests for instructions on difficult problems in the anti-corruption and bribery work of the people's procuratorates at lower levels. To study and formulate opinions on the implementation of the procuratorial work of corruption and bribery crimes in the Supreme People's Procuratorate. The Anti-Corruption and Bribery Bureau consists of one investigation department, two investigation departments and one comprehensive department.

Responsible for the overall guidance of the province's anti-corruption work; Responsible for the anti-corruption and bribery statistical reports, information analysis, major cases for future reference and case clue management of procuratorial organs in the province; Responsible for the comprehensive anti-corruption and bribery work of procuratorial organs in the province, organize the preparation and distribution of relevant internal publications, sum up experience and draft comprehensive documents. Responsible for the integration of investigation in the province and the absconding and pursuit of suspects of corruption and bribery in the province. Responsible for the establishment of investigation talent pool in the anti-corruption department of the whole province; Responsible for quality evaluation, file management and confidentiality inspection of corruption and bribery cases.

Eight. Anti-dereliction bureau

To be responsible for guiding the procuratorial organs of the whole province to handle the investigation and pre-trial work of criminal cases of dereliction of duty, malpractice, abuse of power, dereliction of duty, illegal detention, extorting confessions by torture and other violations of citizens' personal rights and democratic rights; Directly file a case to investigate major cases of dereliction of duty and infringement in the province; Organize, coordinate and guide the investigation and case investigation of major and extraordinarily serious cases of dereliction of duty and infringement across regions; Study and analyze the characteristics and laws of dereliction of duty and infringement crimes in the whole province, and put forward punishment countermeasures; To undertake requests for instructions on major and difficult issues in the work of the procuratorial departments for dereliction of duty and infringement of the people's procuratorates at lower levels. To study and formulate opinions on the implementation of dereliction of duty and infringement procuratorial work in the Supreme People's Procuratorate.

Nine. Procuratorial supervision office

Responsible for the execution of the penalty activities of the executing organs, the execution of changes such as commutation, parole and medical parole, the legality of the activities of prisons, detention centers and reeducation-through-labor institutions, and guiding the supervision of extended detention; To be responsible for filing and investigating cases of corruption, bribery and dereliction of duty in supervision places, and to guide and supervise the arrest and prosecution of re-offending cases of supervision and reform personnel; To undertake the protest work of the provincial hospitals under the jurisdiction of the prison reform; Responsible for accepting the complaints and appeals of the supervised and reformed personnel; Investigate and deal with cases where criminals refuse to accept the appeals of the intermediate people's court and the people's procuratorates at the state and city levels, and mistakes may still occur; To undertake requests for instructions on difficult problems in the procuratorial supervision work of the people's procuratorates at lower levels. X. Civil administrative procuratorial office

Responsible for guiding the supervision of civil economic trials and administrative litigation in the province; To lodge a protest with the provincial higher people's court in accordance with the procedure of trial supervision against the legally effective and indeed wrong civil, economic and administrative judgments and rulings of the people's courts at all levels in the province; To perform duties in court in civil, economic and administrative cases tried by the Provincial Higher People's Court and protested by the Provincial People's Procuratorate; Study and analyze the major and difficult problems in the supervision of civil economic trial and administrative litigation in the whole province, and put forward working countermeasures; To undertake requests for instructions on difficult problems in civil and administrative procuratorial work of people's procuratorates at lower levels. To study and formulate opinions on the implementation of civil administrative procuratorial work in the Supreme People's Procuratorate.

XI. Complaint Prosecution Office

Responsible for guiding the procuratorial organs of the province's complaints, reports, criminal complaints and criminal compensation; Accepting citizens' reports, exposures, complaints and criminal complaints; Accepting complaints from criminals, their legal representatives and close relatives; Review the complaints of people's procuratorates at or below the prefecture level not to prosecute cases; Investigating and handling criminal appeal cases under the jurisdiction of procuratorial organs according to law, and supervising and inspecting the investigation results of relevant departments; Diversion of reporting clues, and preliminary investigation of reporting clues of unknown nature that are difficult to be centralized under the jurisdiction of procuratorial organs; To undertake criminal compensation matters of procuratorial organs; Comprehensive reflection of complaints, reports, criminal complaints and criminal compensation. XII. Department of Duty Crime Prevention

Responsible for guiding the people's procuratorates at all levels in the province to prevent job-related crimes, studying and analyzing the characteristics and laws of job-related crimes in the province, and putting forward preventive countermeasures for corruption, bribery and dereliction of duty; To carry out the prevention of juvenile delinquency; To be responsible for guiding other comprehensive management of social security in the procuratorial links of procuratorial organs; Responsible for the legal publicity of duty crime prevention; To undertake the instructions of the people's procuratorates at lower levels on difficult problems in the prevention of duty crimes. To study and formulate the Implementation Opinions on Prevention of Duty Crimes in the Supreme People's Procuratorate.

Thirteen. Procuratorial technology section

Responsible for guiding the criminal investigation technology and procuratorial informatization of procuratorial organs in the province; Participate in the on-site inspection of the cases under its jurisdiction, and inspect and identify the traces and physical evidence seized; Examining, rechecking and reinspecting the technical evidence of difficult cases submitted by people's procuratorates at lower levels; Responsible for the qualification examination of technical personnel of procuratorial organs in the province; Cooperate with relevant departments to train technicians. To study and formulate the "Implementation Opinions on Implementing Procuratorial Technology in the Supreme People's Procuratorate".

Fourteen Legal Policy Research Office (co-located with the Office of the Procuratorial Committee)

Responsible for the legal policy research and investigation of procuratorial organs in the province. To carry out research on relevant legal and policy issues in the law enforcement of procuratorial organs; Organize and coordinate the development of procuratorial theory and special investigation; To study and put forward suggestions on legislative interpretation and judicial interpretation; Participate in relevant legislative activities and put forward legislative suggestions and amendments; Responsible for the daily work of the procuratorial committee and expert advisory committee of the provincial people's procuratorate; To study and formulate responses to laws and policies demanded by lower-level procuratorial organs. Fifteen, the Ministry of supervision (co-located with the discipline inspection team)

XVI. Ministry of Planning, Finance and Equipment

Responsible for guiding the planning, finance and equipment work of the procuratorial organs in the province; Allocate and manage the funds for handling cases, equipment capital construction and investigation technical facilities subsidized by the financial departments of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the province; Responsible for the overall planning and management of procuratorial technology and equipment, transportation, communication equipment, weapons, ammunition and clothing in the province's procuratorial system; Responsible for the application and accounting of funds for various businesses, infrastructure and institutions in provincial hospitals, and the unified purchase and distribution of vehicles, equipment and materials; Responsible for real estate management, capital construction management, fixed assets management and logistics services of provincial institutions; Responsible for the local environmental order management, safety and health, family planning, patriotic health, traffic safety, comprehensive management of social security and liaison with street offices of provincial organs.

17. Party committees.

Responsible for organizing the hospital affairs of provincial organs and institutions directly under them; Responsible for the study of political theory and the construction of ideological, organizational and work style discipline of party member, a provincial hospital organ; Education and supervision of party member cadres; Leading the mass organizations of workers, youth and women and the United front work in the college.
