Because these legal contents may often contain the business secrets and information of the applicant or agency, including the special relationship between the inventor and the applicant.
During this period, no inquiry shall be made except for the patent applicant in this case or his agent. If in doubt, you can give your comments to the Patent Office, or you can show the relevant proof of this application at the information desk in the reception hall of the Patent Office. Anyone can inquire about the authorized patents.
If the patent application is not made public (announced), it is kept confidential and cannot be found on the government website.
